I ordered a used book from secondsale, and when it showed up, the condition was not really like what I had it in my head it would be. So I figured I should just return it instead of keeping it and being annoyed by it.

The return part was not hard, like the steps were simple enough, but it did take a few days before I heard back and got the label figured out. It was not the worst thing, just a little slow feeling while I was waiting there.

Once they got the book back, the refund came through, so in the end it was fine and not a big problem. I would probably use them again, but faster updates would be nice, because waiting with no much info is a bit awkward

They did get the issue sorted in the end, but it took much longer than I expected. I’ve dealt with similar problems before with other companies, and this one felt more drawn out than it needed to be.

I’ve ordered from them twice now and both books came exactly on the day they said they would. Tracking worked fine too, no weird delays or anything. just no drama, whcih is kind of all I want.

Didn’t expect the selection to be that big. Found some older books I’d been looking for too. Ended up browsing way longer than planned lol.

They kept me updated along the way, which I appreciated. The replies were a little slow sometimes, but not in a huge way... like, it was still fine overall.

I ordered from secondsale.com the tracking was super easy to follow. I got the email with the tracking number quickly, no waiting around wondering what was going on. I could check where my package was the whole time, and it showed up around when they said it would. No problems on my end, happy with the order

My order showed up with everything correct, so no complaints there and no mix-ups. Shipping did take a bit longer than I was expecting, kind of slower than... well, I guess slower than usual. Overall though, it was fine.

I tried using a discount code on SecondSale and it did go through, but the discount wasn’t as much as I was hoping for. Checkout was smooth though, so that part was totally fine. Anyway, it wasn’t a bad experience, just a average coupon deal overall

I was happy with the selection here!! I found most of the books I was looking for, which was great... but a few titles were missing, so that was a little disappointing!! Still, overall, not bad at all!!!

It seemed legit to me. Nothing felt off, and I didn’t have any real worries about it.
